Facial & postural analysis
GetAscend is an iOS and Android app that measures your face, skin, eyes, hair, body and posture from photographs you take — and gives you named metrics, a score, and the exercises to move it.
GetAscend runs six analyses — face, skin, eyes, hair, body and posture — reading 468 facial landmarks and full-body pose landmarks, and returns named metrics with a score out of 100 alongside a reachable potential figure. Photographs are discarded once the analysis finishes; only the resulting figures are retained.
How a scan runs
Step one
The face analysis wants three angles. The camera frames each one and tells you what it still needs before it will accept the shot.
Step two
Your photographs go up, the measurement runs, and the results come back. You watch it happen, step by step.
Step three
A score with the reachable potential above it, the metrics that held it back, and short routines aimed at those specific ones — then a weekly reading of the trend.
What is actually read
3 angles
Landmark geometry across three angles — vertical thirds, midline symmetry and jaw width, each scored separately rather than blended away.
Facial Balance · Feature Harmony · Jaw Width Balance · Presentation Quality
Front, left profile, right profile
2 angles
Full-body pose landmarks give real proportion ratios — the measurements a coach would take with a tape, taken from two photographs.
V-Taper · Shoulder Symmetry · Waist Definition · Body Composition · Upper-body Balance · Lower-body Balance · Leg-to-Torso Ratio · Body Proportion
Front view, side view
3 angles
Three views and a plumb line. This module assesses physical alignment only — it does not score attractiveness.
Head Alignment · Centerline Balance · Foot Alignment
Front, side, back
2 angles
A crown shot joins the front one, so the hairline and coverage are read from above rather than inferred.
Hairline Quality · Temple Retention · Hair Volume · Strand Condition · Coverage Uniformity
Front, crown
1 angle
Reads the skin surface, then evaluates texture and tone into appearance metrics.
Front
1 angle
Examines the eye area and its visible symmetry across the midline.
Front
Weekly reading · Premium
Your structural proportions are strong. Improving jawline definition and skin presentation could raise your overall score by approximately 4 points.
Sample insight, written against real measurements
The number is the easy part. Each week your coach reads the trend across your scans — which metric moved, which stalled, and what to work on next.
Then do something about it
Short routines for the jaw, neck, face and posture, matched to what your scan actually found — and one chart that shows whether they worked.

Custody of your photograph
Your photograph reaches our server and our analysis provider, is measured, and is discarded when the analysis finishes. Only the figures remain. There is no archive to browse, we never scan your photo library, and nothing you submit trains a model — ours or anyone else's.
Free to start on iOS and Android. Your first face analysis runs in about a minute.
