1. Description of the Service

ASCEND is a mobile app offering AI-assisted appearance analysis (Face, Skin, Eye, Hair, Body/Posture) and related personal-improvement suggestions (tasks, exercise programs). The app is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional dermatological/aesthetic advice.

2. Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure. The app is not intended for use by anyone under 13. Misuse of the service (uploading photos of others without consent, reverse-engineering the service, etc.) may result in account suspension.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

Some analyses and features require credits or a Premium subscription. Purchases are made through the App Store/Google Play and are subject to the stores' refund policies — ASCEND does not process refunds directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled from your store account settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Analysis results are statistical/algorithmic assessments; they do not constitute a definitive judgment about your appearance, health, or self-worth. ASCEND is not liable for indirect damages arising from decisions made based on the app's recommendations.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time via Profile > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
